Anchorage Skate Spot Coalition (ASSC) is a nonprofit dedicated to creating and maintaining space for skateboarding in Alaska to foster community, creativity, and health.
By partnering with local communities and repurposing underused public space, ASSC intends to develop safe, welcoming “skate spots” for people of all ages to perform skateboarding and similar physical activities.

ASSC is currently working to identify locations in Anchorage, Alaska as potential skate spots, and ASSC anticipates that formal proposals to community councils will begin Fall 2023. Updates will be made available once ASSC has more information.
